New Deep Metric Socket Set!

We are happy to announce the official launch of our largest Deep Metric Socket Set. But before we provide the details, we would like to share how it came to be.

Our original Deep Metric Socket set (#1030) was inspired by a couple of mobile dealers who were unable to find deep sockets for Euro applications. We did our research and concluded a 10mm & 12mm was required for Mercedes Benz rear bumper bolts and BMW valve cover bolts.

Soon after the product release, we were advised other sizes were recommended for some hard-to-reach applications. So, over the past 8 years we have added new sizes and adapters for many metric applications.

Now we’ve officially launched our LARGEST set!

This NEW #1189 - 17 Pc. Deep Metric Socket Set includes sizes 6mm to 21mm. The sockets are 120mm long and deep broached for extra reach. They provide access to recessed areas with extra long bolts, as found on some bumpers, rear lamps, glow plugs and door hinge fittings, including: valve cover bolts (7mm), diesel glow plugs (10mm, 12mm, 17mm), Benz C-Class (W204) rear bumper covers (10mm, 12mm), BMW N54 Twin-turbo valve cover bolts (12mm), BMW E90/92 Lug Nuts (17mm), BMW Spark Plugs (14mm), BMW E90/92 Clutch Bleeder Valve (11mm) and Ford 7.3L glow plugs (10mm).
