GUARANTEE: All CTA tools are lifetime guaranteed, except for the following, which are only warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defect unless otherwise noted:

Consumable/Wearable Tools & Parts - Plastigageâ, Hone Stones, Batteries, Cutting Blades, Razors, Rethreader Inserts, Files, Dies, Tubing, Seals, Brushes, seals, etc.
Meters, Testers and Torque Wrenches - *guaranteed for 90 days after date of purchase
Fluid Tanks - *guaranteed for 1 year after date of purchase
Thin-Wall Sockets
Diagnostic Kit Components - Free from manufacturer defect
Terminal Removal Kit Components -Free from manufacturer defect
Oil Filter Wrenches 2538, 2540, 2545, 2548, 2551, 2552 *guaranteed for 1 year after date of purchase
Products that have been altered, etched, engraved, or other material changes, regardless of warranty classification

Please note, if you purchased the product from an authorized distributor, you must first contact the original point of purchase for warranty replacement. Only complete the below form if you have already exhausted the option of going through the original point of purchase.

Use the form on this page to submit a Warranty claim. Once received, your request will be reviewed and responded to within 3 business days.

Note: $9.95 shipping fee will be charged for the shipment of the replacement product within the continental United States (if specific criteria are met the fee will be waived)

For customers outside of the continental United States, the shipping fee will be calculated and communicated to you after your warranty request has been received.

Please complete and submit the warranty request form below. Include a photo of the defective tool.
Allow 3 business days (exclude holidays and weekends) for us to review and respond to your warranty request.
Once a claim is approved, you will be emailed with a link to complete the transaction.
After completing the transaction, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number within 1 business day.
If your item(s) has been discontinued, a replacement part number will be suggested if available. If not available, please contact our customer service team at info@ctatools.com.
