Our EZ Chamfer Large Effortlessly Deburrs Larger Diameters
We're pleased to add the 3840 EZ Chamfer to our deburring tool range. This new model lets you efficiently chamfer and deburr larger diameter threaded rods, bolts, pipes and bars from 0.7” – 1.5” (18-38mm) in diameter.
Like our trusted 3838 EZ Chamfer, the new 3840 features the same 5 point high speed steel design that quickly shears off threads and burrs, creating a smooth chamfer for easy nut and die starts.
It works great on mild, hard, very hard, stainless and super hard steels. For optimal results, use lower drill speeds up to 600RPM max and avoid impact drivers. Just 1-3 threads usually need chamfering.
